Are you a franchise/commercial gym?
No! We are an owner-operated small business, operated out of an exclusive private training facility in a residential area. The fact that we are not a commercial gym not only affords our clients privacy and a personal feel, but allows us to offer extremely competitive pricing due to our low overhead. Where are you located exactly?
We are located on Tucson’s east side in the vicinity of Golf Links east of Kolb road. Because of the private non-commercial nature of the space, exact directions will be given only upon commitment to your free consultation.
How many sessions per week should I take?
Due to the effectiveness of our high-intensity, full-body workouts, we’ve found our beginning clients can make excellent progress with only two sessions per week. More advanced trainees may opt for additional sessions as their work capacity increases.

For clients seeking single weekly sessions, it is recommended that you carry a basic commercial gym membership to supplement your private training. Your coach will provide you with written workouts designed to be safely performed without supervision.

How long are the sessions?
Our standard sessions are one hour long, including a short warm-up and cool down. We’ve found that this is an ideal length for most of our clients. If you require sessions of a different length, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate you!
How many sessions are included in a package?
Our standard training packages are sold in blocks of four sessions. Our Initiate package includes three exclusive training sessions and a separate assessment/consulting session. Longer commitments are available at a discount. Please Contact Us for more information.
Do you offer a risk-free trial?
Yes! Our Initiate package is designed to make starting out affordable, easy and risk-free. And if for any reason you are unsatisfied with us, we’ll refund your money 100%. We’re that confident in what we do.
What types of payment do you accept?
At this time, we only accept cash or check. We currently are working on accepting credit cards, PayPal and monthly recurring payments.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We know that the best advertisement is word of mouth from our enthusiastic clients, so we happily offer generous referral discounts. If you refer a friend and they mention you at sign-up, you’ll receive a 20% discount off your next package of coaching services as our thanks to you.
I travel a lot or my commitments change from week to week. Could your schedule accommodate me?
We hope so! Our standard packages are for a fixed time slot at time of purchase, but we try to be accommodating for those with special scheduling needs. If you think you won’t be able to train at the same time each week, please Contact Us to see what we can do for you.
What happens if I can't make my session?
Sessions can be rescheduled for any reason up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. If less than 12 hours notice is given, we cannot guarantee that your session can be rescheduled, and as such may result in forfeiture of the session.
